She has served as a Human Resource Director in two international companies and has assisted over twenty-five companies in developing and executing HCM-related IT strategies over the past ten years as a Program Manager with PeopleSoft, Inc. and Workbrain, Inc. In addition to her project and functional experience, she holds a Master's degree and a Ph.D. in Human Resources and has taught HR courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. She is a registered mediator in the state of Georgia. Linda is also an Adjunct Professor in the College of Business at Brenau College in Gainesville, Georgia.

As a Consulting Partner with The Hayes Group International, she provides organizational development consulting and executive coaching for Hayes' clients, and has consulted with clients in both the public and private sectors on a variety of HR issues including process optimization, competency modeling, performance management, compensation, and executive development.
